Responsible gambling at Scizino

Set your limits before you start

Choose an entertainment budget you can afford to lose without affecting essential expenses. Decide how long to play and take regular breaks. Do not gamble to pay debts, recover losses or replace income. Avoid gambling when affected by alcohol or other substances, or when you are under significant emotional strain.

Use the available controls

Scizino’s policy describes daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. According to that policy, reductions take effect immediately and increases have a 24-hour waiting period. Review your account settings. If you cannot find a particular limit or control, ask customer support to help you apply it.

Take a break or self-exclude

If a limit is not enough, request a break or self-exclusion. Tell support which measure you need and ask for confirmation. Ordinary account closure and self-exclusion due to gambling difficulties may follow different rules. Do not create another account to bypass a protection you have put in place.

Recognise the warning signs

Repeatedly spending more than planned, hiding expenditure, borrowing to gamble or neglecting people and responsibilities are reasons to stop and seek help. Speak to someone you trust or a healthcare professional. In Belgium, the Gambling Commission manages the EPIS exclusion system. The existence of EPIS does not mean every website participates in it.

Protect younger people

You must be at least 21 to take part in casino gambling in Belgium. Do not share account credentials, sign out on shared devices and keep payment methods out of children’s reach. Do not present demos as a way to learn how to make money.
